Car into Building - 22 May 2009
|
Smith Grove and Clemmons were dispatched to medical drive for reported car in a building. SGFD Engine 1 arrived on scene to find a sliver Honda accord up against the building. Notified Davie County inspection department and Emergency management. Remained on the scene while the NCSHP conducted investigation. All fire units in service.

Farmington Road LPG Fire - 22 May 2009

Smith Grove alone with Farmington fire responded to reported propane fire on May 15. Smith Grove Engine 1 arrived on scene to find a propane fire. After investigation it was determined to be a control burn. All fire units in service.

MVA with Entrapment - 06 Apr 2009
|
On Saturday April 4, Smith Grove alone with Davie County EMS and Davie County Rescue responded to an mva on us hwy 158. Captain A. Howard arrived on scene to find a three car mva with one entrapment. SGFD personnel perform a door removal and assist Davie County ems with patient care. Assist NCSHP with traffic control.
